By calling a customer service representative at 1-800-4-SCOTIA with your ScotiaCard in hand, you can do any of the following:
- open a personal deposit account
- manage your mortgage or personal loan
- change an existing account to one that
best suits your needs
- change your ABM withdrawal and Direct Payment purchase limits on your ScotiaCard¹
- set-up or change your CashBack limit to access funds deposited at ABMs¹
- link/de-link accounts to your ScotiaCard
- update your address or telephone number
- re-order personal deposit and credit account cheques
