Bank The Rest is a unique savings program that lets you automatically round up every purchase you make using your Scotiabank debit card to the next multiple of $1 or $5. You choose which amount you want to round up to when you enrol. |

Now use your Scotiabank debit card to buy lunch, gas, groceries, or just about anything you want, and your purchase will be automatically rounded up. |

The difference between your purchase total and the round up amount you choose is then automatically transferred to a Money Master® Savings Account. |

Your savings add up quickly
The more often you use your debit card to make everyday purchases, the more you’ll save. And since your money is being transferred to a Money Master Savings Account, your savings will grow.
All you need to get started is:
- A Scotiabank chequing or savings account
- A Scotiabank debit card*
- Money Master Savings Account

There are no additional fees. You pay only the fees already covered in your monthly account package.
*Bank The Rest savings program can only be set-up on Personal ScotiaCard bank cards. Bank The Rest only transfers the available funds in your account. Your account will not be placed into overdraft.
† To be eligible to have your savings matched up to $100, you must be a Canadian resident aged 19 or older, open a new Scotia One personal day-to-day banking account between September 15, 2008 and November 2, 2008 and be enrolled in the Bank The Rest savings program including a Money Master® account. Only one matching offer will be credited to an eligible Scotia One account, regardless of whether the account is held by more than one person. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is not available for Scotia One accounts that are opened with a fee waiver.
