Are You Ready for Scotia Wireless?
To sign on to our wireless banking service, you will need to use your TeleScotia® telephone banking personal access code. To sign on to our wireless brokerage service you will need to use your ScotiaMcLeod Direct Investing Automated Telephone Service access code or your ScotiaMcLeod online access code.
If you are not already using the TeleScotia service, simply
call 1-800-267-1234 and select Option 2 to register for TeleScotia.
For ScotiaMcLeod Direct Investing customers, who do not have access to the automated telephone service, please call 1-800-263-3430 to speak with a customer service representative.
For ScotiaMcLeod i:PARTNER or non-i:PARTNER customers with online access, please call 1-800-830-3838 to speak with a customer service representative to obtain your access code. For all ScotiaMcLeod customers without online access, please contact your Investment Advisor to be signed up for Scotia OnLine® Financial Services.
Getting Started
Once you're ready to start using the Scotiabank wireless banking or brokerage services, simply launch the browser on your chosen device and access Scotiabank under the Financial Services menu. You will need your ScotiaCard™ number and TeleScotia access code to use banking services.
For wireless brokerage, you will need your ScotiaCard number and your ScotiaMcLeod Direct Investing telephone access code or your ScotiaMcLeod Online access code.
There are no additional fees to use the wireless banking service, regular account level fees and airtime charges, as per plan, apply. For more information about our wireless financial services, please call 1-800-4-SCOTIA.
