Now you can cut down the paper clutter – and save a few trees, too – with Paperless Recordkeeping from Scotia OnLine® Financial Services. Simply choose Paperless Recordkeeping and put a stop to your statements and passbooks for most of your day-to-day bank accounts.

When you choose Paperless Recordkeeping:
- We will stop mailing you statements for your day-to-day bank accounts;
- We will no longer update your passbook;
- You can select which accounts you want to be Paperless, and which accounts you don’t want to be Paperless.

- It's free to view electronic images of cheques cleared through your account within the last 90 days¹;
- You won’t have to file or shred your monthly statements;

Remember:
- You'll still be able to see over 3 months of transaction history on Scotia OnLine²;
- You'll still be able to download or print your transactions from Scotia OnLine if you need a permanent record*;
- You can switch back at any time if Paperless is not for you.
Next Steps
Sign on to Scotia OnLine and select Profile & Preferences in the top menu bar. Select Accounts >> Change Recordkeeping Option.
