Scotiabank branches will be closed on November 11th, 2009 in observance of Remembrance Day; however our servers will remain on-line as usual. Instructions are provided below regarding the following products:
ScotiaConnect for Windows / ScotiaConnect Electronic Banking / Electronic Daily Statement
ScotiaConnect customers will be able to initiate transfers between accounts; however the transfers will be processed on the following business day.
There will be no Electronic Daily Statement (EDS) files generated for Wednesday November 11th, 2009. EDS customers with a 6:00 am or 7:30 am time slot will be able to obtain the balance and transaction file for Tuesday November 10th, 2009 on Wednesday morning. All other users will receive the file on the next business day. Regular processing will resume Thursday November 12th, 2009.
ScotiaConnect Electronic Banking Wire Payments
Wire payments with an execution date of Wednesday November 11th, 2009 will be processed the next business day, Thursday November 12th, 2009.
ScotiaConnect Electronic Banking EFT
Transactions with a due date of November 11th, 2009 must be input and processed prior to the 2:15 pm Eastern Time cut-off in accordance with the ‘Latest Input Date’ noted in the chart below.
