There is no monthly account maintenance fee. There are separate fees related to the ScotiaConnect Digital banking services. As this account is intended for savings, a fee of $5 is applied per cheque issued. All other standard pay-per-use banking transaction, deposit and sundry service fees as outlined in Your Guide to Fees and Interest Schedules, as amended from time to time, apply. There is no free item allowance.

Interest rates are subject to change. Interest is calculated on the entire daily closing credit balance within the highest applicable interest rate tier, at the rate for that tier, and paid monthly. A minimum daily closing balance of $25,000 is required for interest calculation.
