Delivery delays due to Canada Post service disruption

As you may know, the Canada Post service disruption that began on Nov. 15, 2024, has ended. However, there may still be delays as operations resume, which could affect delivery timing for items such as statements, bills and invoices from companies you work with.

To minimize disruption, we recommend setting up electronic payment methods, such as direct deposits, wire transfers, or Interac E-Transfers. Additionally, consider switching to paperless statements and using our digital banking services for your transactions. You are required to continue to meet your financial obligations during this time. If you need assistance setting up your digital banking, please contact your Commercial Banking Relationship Manager.
