If you want to talk to a person online, the Scotiabank chatbot can connect you directly with a live chat customer care advisor. Our English-speaking advisors are online daily from 8 am to 10 pm ET, and our French-speaking advisors are online Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm ET. They can help you with questions about everyday banking and credit cards.
