The Scotiabank monthly fee waiver offer (the “Scotiabank Offer”) is available to customers who accept it by signing an offer letter and who, on or after September 12, 2023, have or open a Select Account for business Plan B (“Account”) and are signed up with Chase for Merchant Services ("Eligible Customers"). To qualify for a monthly fee rebate on your Account, Eligible Customers must use their Account to settle Chase deposit transactions. If there is no Chase deposit transaction activity in the Account during any month, the monthly Account fee will not be rebated for that month. When an Eligible Customer qualifies for a rebate in any given month, the monthly Account fee will initially be charged to the Account and rebated in the Account within 20 business days following the last day of the billing cycle in which the monthly Account fee was charged. The rebate amount will be equal to the monthly Account fee charged to your Account, up to a maximum rebate amount of $40. To receive a rebate of the monthly Account fee, the Account must be open and in good standing at the time of the rebate. An Account is considered in good standing if there is no breach of the terms and conditions specified in the Scotiabank Financial Services Agreement or any other terms and conditions or agreement(s) applicable to the Account. The Scotiabank Offer is conditional upon successful onboarding with Chase. This Scotiabank Offer will not affect other service charges applicable to the Account. Maximum one Scotiabank Offer per Eligible Customer regardless of the number of Accounts opened. This Scotiabank Offer is non- transferable and may be changed, cancelled, or extended by Scotiabank at any time without notice, including if an Eligible Customer stop obtaining payment processing services from Chase.

The 6-month Chase terminal rental rebate offer (the “Chase Offer”)  is provided by Chase and is exclusive to Scotiabank referred clients. To qualify, merchants must (i) submit a completed application to Chase on or before April 30, 2025; (ii) enter into a Merchant Agreement for the purchase all of their credit and debit card processing services from Chase, and (iii) process a minimum of $100,000 in transaction volume within 6 months of onboarding. All applications are subject to Chase’s standard approval policy and procedures, including without limitation credit approval. Proof of ownership of Scotiabank Canada account will be required.

The Chase Offer is not available to:
 

(i) merchants who have an existing payment processing agreement with Chase; (ii) merchants who have not submitted any transactions for processing by Chase within 60 days of the date of approval of their application, or (iii) any merchant whose Merchant Agreement is terminated during the first 6 months of its term.

Scotiabank and/or Chase reserve the right to determine which merchants are eligible to receive the Chase Offer and is under no obligation to deem a merchant eligible. The Chase Offer is limited to a maximum of $250; the credit amount will only be applied to one merchant account and only once over the course of the merchant’s relationship with Chase, within 24-32 weeks after processing begins.

The Chase Offer is subject to withdrawal or change at any time without notice. This Chase Offer cannot be combined with other Chase offers.
