Card Management
SVBC Resource Centre-CentreSuiteAs a first time user, you will need to complete the following simple steps to access CentreSuite, the program's web-based reporting and card management tool.
Program Activation
- Log on to CentreSuite.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
For CAD program - Your User ID begins with your first name; followed by the first 4 letters of your last name; followed by the last 6 digits of your Service Agreement ID (provided in the welcome email notification).
For USD program - Your User ID begins with the letter "U" and is followed by your first name; followed by the first 4 letters of your last name; followed by the last 5 digits of your Service Agreement ID (provided in the welcome email notification). - Change your temporary password. Your temporary password is Welcome1. You will be asked to change your temporary password the first time you log on to CentreSuite.
Ordering Cards
- Log on to CentreSuite.
- Select "Accounts/Manage Accounts" and complete the form to submit your cardholder information. Additional instructions can be found in the CentreSuite User Guide for Coordinators (section 3.1).
- Your card(s) will be sent to you within 7 to 10 business days after your submission
If you have forgotten your CentreSuite User ID, or if you need to have your password reset or have any questions during this process, please call the Scotiabank Visa Business Card Service Centre for assistance at 1-888-823-9657. When you contact the Service Centre, you will be asked for your Service Agreement ID which was provided to you by Scotiabank in the initial welcome email notification and the password you originally provided to us on your Coordinator Designation form.
Card Maintenance
Card maintenance such as cancelling existing cards or changing card limits is managed through CentreSuite.
