Smash the glass ceiling by joining Expedition!  Expedition is a 2 year Women in Leadership Development Program designed for Master students and graduates with 3+ years of impactful work experience. Expedition provides you with mentorship support, leadership-specific learning, and unique strategic rotations in various business lines including Canadian Banking and Wealth Management. This program will take your career to a new level, preparing you to enter an accelerated pipeline for leadership-level roles, collaborate with high-performing teams, and drive our business to new heights!

  • What to expect

    During your time in Expedition, you will have three rotations within Canadian Banking and Wealth Management. A dedicated Program Manager supports you on this journey and works with you on your goals, performance, and rotation selections. A catered learning curriculum is built around your development and growth, coupled with exciting hands-on experiences, leadership speaker sessions and workshops. Expedition will provide the opportunity to build your professional relationships and network across the organization. The Mentorship and leadership exposure is also available to help guide your career.
