Accelerate: Commercial Banking New Graduate Development Program 

The purpose of the Commercial Accelerate Program is to provide hands-on experience to help you develop into a Commercial Banker of tomorrow! This program will accelerate your career in a fast-paced, client-facing, collaborate environment. Accelerate is a 12-month rotational program that provides opportunities to learn, practice, and apply the skills required to succeed within the world of Commercial Banking. Each rotation will give you more exposure to a different Commercial Banking business line.

Through each rotation you’ll be exposed to different areas of the Bank, as well as various inspiring leaders. Rotations could be within any of the following areas: Commercial Distribution, Roynat, Real Estate Banking, Global Risk Management, and Payments and Cash Management. During your time in the program, you’ll receive a formal learning plan with objectives, participate in extensive job-shadowing, hands-on learning, and day-to-day coaching. For each rotation you complete, you will receive performance feedback from business line leaders and Relationship Managers. Performance, goals, and continuous learning are assessed with detailed and actionable feedback enabling you to continuously learn, grow and kick-start your career!
