What happens if I set an account not to display?

Your choice whether to display an account does not affect the status of the account with us. The Display setting only affects the accounts that display on your personal banking pages. If you remove the check in the Display column for an account, it will not display on the Accounts page. You will not be able to see the account balance, transactions, payments, or transfer information until you return to the Account Preferences page and set the account to display.

What if I forget my password?

You will not be able to access your accounts if you forget your password. Contact us to reset your password. We can assign and give you a temporary password. When you log in using the temporary password, you are immediately required to change your password.

What is a reminder?

Reminders are notifications that you create in Personal Banking that display at times you specify to help you remember an event or task. You could set up reminders, for example, to remember birthdays or appointments.
