René Lalonde

René Lalonde joined Scotiabank in September 2016 as Director, Modelling and Forecasting. Prior to joining Scotiabank, René worked as a Research Director at the Bank of Canada and has also spent some time working on modelling at the International Monetary Fund. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal (Québec).
