Statements for personal credit card accounts are typically issued once a month, depending upon your account activity and if you have made a payment or have an outstanding balance on your account.
Credit card statements are mailed, but you can switch to electronic statements (eStatements) at any time. You can select your preference to receive either a paper copy of your statements or eStatements electronically through online or mobile banking. If you choose to receive eStatements, you can access up to 7 years of eStatements from the time you make the switch.
