After the campaign has ended, Scotiabank will remove it from the bill payee list of customers who participated in the demonstration. If a customer chooses to remove the hospital from their list of bill payees prior to the end of the campaign, they can easily do so through Scotia OnLine or the Scotiabank mobile app.

If a customer decides to make a separate contribution or donate above the bill payment donation amount using the newly added payee, due to the nature of the donation they will not receive a tax receipt.
