Tracy was appointed Executive Vice President, Digital Transformation and Client Experience in June 2024. In this role, she is responsible for our online and mobile channels, and driving digital transformation across Canadian Banking. In addition, Tracy leads efforts to enhance our client experiences, championing seamless, innovative, and client-centric interactions.

Since joining Scotiabank in 1994, Tracy has held progressively senior roles in Canadian Banking, International Banking, Technology, and Global Operations. She previously served as Executive Vice President, Direct Channels and Enablement, with overall responsibility for bringing together a number of our client-facing channels to develop more seamless, effective and efficient client experience. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President, Global Operations, overseeing the function’s strategic direction and performance, while championing an elevated client and employee experience.

Tracy is an avid speaker at women’s mentoring events internally and externally on behalf of Scotiabank.
