Overview

Requesting money from friends, family, or an associate is easy on our digital platforms. You can request money from a person you’ve already added as a contact, or you can add a new contact.

Once you make a request, your contact will receive an email and you will be notified when the payment is made and the funds are deposited into your account.

What's Request Money?

It's a feature of Interac e-Transfers that lets you request money from anyone in Canada using email or text messaging. The money will be deposited directly into your account.
