Credit card and line of credit scheduled maintenance

Following scheduled maintenance over the weekend, some customers experienced intermittent access to their VISA and American Express credit card accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We will waive overlimit fees and credit card interest charges with a payment due date of November 11-14, 2024. No action is required on your part. Clients are welcome to visit the Branch or Contact Centre for support.
