What you need to know about epostTM
Is epostTM still available?
Canada Post will be closing down epostTM on November 30, 2022. However, you can easily pay your bills online with Scotiabank instead.
What are other options for managing my bills?
Canada Post started providing the epostTM service to give Canadians an easier way to view and manage bills online. However, this service will be closing down on November 30, 2022.
Scotiabank will be removing access to epostTM for online banking customers in September 2022. We will be notifying customers directly about this change through the online banking message centre.
If you’ve set up epostTM to manage online bills, paystubs, and other important documents, the companies you’re receiving documents from will contact you about alternatives to use.
We encourage you to switch your existing pre-authorized bill payments to Scotiabank if you haven’t done so already. Learn more about how to pay bills online.
