Priority Pass membership automatically renews on its anniversary date. Priority Pass membership will be cancelled if your Scotiabank®* Platinum American Express® Card is cancelled. Lounge visits are counted on a per person per visit basis (e.g. Lounge access by a Cardmember and one accompanying guest will count as two (2) visits). The first 10 lounge visits for the primary Cardmember and the first 4 lounge visits for the secondary Cardmember per 12-month cycle from date of enrolment are complimentary. Scene+ Points are earned and awarded to you when you use your Membership Card, or if applicable, when you use your Scene+ Scotiabank Product, or when you take advantage of any offer or Benefit that earns Scene+ Points as described in these Scene+ Program Terms and Conditions.

Scene+ Points are awarded for purchases charged to your Scotiabank Platinum American Express Credit Card Account (“the Account”). The regular earn rate is two (2) Points per $1.00 CAD in purchases charged and posted to the Account. Eligibility: Only purchases earn Scene+ Points. Cash advances (including Balance Transfers, Scotia Credit Card Cheques and Cash-Like Transactions), fees, interest or other charges, returns, refunds or other similar credits to your Account do not qualify for Scene+ Points. Scene+ Points will not be posted to an Account that is not in good standing when purchases are made or when a statement is issued, or if the Account is not open when a statement is issued. The Scene+ Travel website and call center are owned and operated by Expedia Group, a third-party travel service provider (the “Scene+ Travel Partner”). To earn or redeem Points, travel and things to do must be booked through the Scene+ Travel website or Scene+ Travel call centre. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices and points requirement are available on the website, and subject to change. The Scene+ Travel Partner may impose terms and conditions that supplement the "Additional Terms and Conditions for Scene+ Travel" included in the Scene+ Program Terms and Conditions. Earning Scene+ Points for Scene+ Travel purchases: Scene+ points are earned on eligible travel and Things to Do purchased through Scene+ Travel website or call centre (collectively “Scene+ Travel)”. Scene+ Points are earned on the total value of Things to do, hotel or car rental booking purchases (including taxes and fees) made through Scene+ Travel regardless of the payment method used for the purchase (Scene+ points redemption and/or payment card purchases). Points earned will be added to your Scene+ account within six weeks from the completion of your travel itinerary.

If your account with Scotiabank that earns Scene+ Points is not in good standing, the accumulated Scene+ Points earned on that account are not eligible for redemption. Your Scene+ Account may be closed if your Scene+ Membership Card was not used to earn, redeem or complete any other reward transaction activity in more than 24 consecutive months, unless you have a Scene+ Scotiabank debit or Credit Card that earns Scene+ Points that has not been cancelled and for which the underlying account remains open with Scotiabank. If your Scene+ Account is closed, you will forfeit all Scene+ Points in your Scene+ Account. Unless prohibited by law, earning Scene+ Points through a Scene+ Scotiabank debit or Credit Card shall not be considered earning Scene+ Points on your Scene+ Account unless the Scene+ Scotiabank debit or Credit Card has been linked to your Scene+ Account. If your Scene+ Scotiabank Credit Card is closed by Scotiabank because it is not in good standing, only the Scene+ Points earned on the Credit Card will be forfeited immediately. A minimum of 5,000 Scene+ Points are required to be redeemed per redemption when using the Apply Points to Travel option. To redeem Scene+ Points, the Scene+ Scotiabank credit or debit card must be open and in good standing, and the merchant category code must be recognized by Scotiabank’s system as described in the Scene+ Program Terms and Conditions. The value of the Scene+ Points redeemed cannot exceed the amount of the Apply Points to Travel redemption charged to your Scene+ Scotiabank credit or debit card. Scene+ Points redeemed for an Apply Points to Travel redemption cannot be reversed once posted to your Scene+ Scotiabank credit or debit card. To earn Rakuten Cash Back in Scene+ points, you must be a member of both Scene+ and Rakuten.ca, and select Scene+ as the Cash Back payment method through your Rakuten.ca account. Must be 18 or older to join Rakuten.CA. Cash Back is earned on eligible purchases made through Rakuten.ca, and is paid out quarterly at the rate of one Scene+ point for every $0.01 earned in Cash Back. Points for Credit: A Primary Scene+ Scotiabank Cardmember or Co-Borrower can redeem Scene+ Points online through the Program Site for a credit that will be applied to the Program Card Account, or through such other method as may be permitted, or we may from time to time send a Primary Cardmember or Co-Borrower an offer to redeem Scene+ Points for a credit. These types of redemptions are called “Points for Credit”.

Offers available at participating Kelsey's, Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s, Montana’s, East Side Mario’s and Bier Markt restaurants. Members will earn 1 Scene+ point for every $3.00 spent on food and beverages (excluding alcohol where required by law), less taxes, gratuities and service or delivery charges. Members may redeem a minimum of 500 Scene+ points for $5.00 off their bill, excluding alcohol in BC, AB and SK and less all taxes, gratuities and service or delivery charges, to a maximum of $350. Members must provide their membership number by presenting their black Scene+ membership card, temporary Scene+ card or mobile card, at time of payment in order to earn or redeem Scene+ points. Servers must be notified before ordering when multiple membership cards are to be used. For web/app orders: Members must enter their Scene+ membership number at the time of payment to earn or redeem Scene+ points. To redeem, you must select ‘Scene+ Card’ as your method of payment and then the amount you would like to redeem, in increments of $5.00. The selected amount will only be applied against the order subtotal (before tax and delivery fees) and a secondary form of payment will be required to pay for the balance of your order. Only one Scene+ membership card per check. Scene+ membership cards are limited to earning Scene+ points on a maximum of three (3) transactions per day across all participating Recipe restaurants. Scene+ points may be earned and redeemed on food and drink (excluding alcoholic beverages) at Cineplex® theatres including concessions, Outtakes®, YoYo’s Yogurt Café®, Pizza Pizza®, Poptopia®, Starbucks®, Cineplex VIP™ Lounges and in-seat dining. The Rec Room

Scene+ members can redeem Scene+ points in multiples of 1,000 points per ten-dollar ($10.00) discount off the net purchase price (excluding taxes, alcohol, and gratuity), shown on the receipt at The Rec Room locations, to a maximum of 35,000 Scene+ points ($350.00) per cheque. By way of example only, if your net purchase price is $104.59, you will be able to redeem ten thousand (10,000) Scene+ points, for a $100.00 reduction in your bill.

Scene+ members can redeem 100 points for $1.00 towards the purchase of admission tickets, applicable taxes, and fees.

Playdium

Members can redeem SCENE Points in multiple of 500 Points per five-dollar ($5.00) discount off the net purchase price (excluding taxes, alcohol, and gratuity), shown on the receipt at select Playdium locations, to a maximum of 35,000 SCENE Points ($350.00) per bill. By way of example only, if your net purchase is $104.59, you will be able to redeem ten thousand (10,000) SCENE Points, for a $100.00 reduction in your bill.
